3 step process
-
Background
We will discuss basics such as, your background, lifestyle, rest, nutrition, job, interests, sports & past injuries. This will help me understand your circumstance, habits and common movements; or lackthereof.
-
Further questioning
Followed by the basics will be some open ended questions, to better understand your why; motivations, psychology & expectations.
-
Movement analysis
Finally & most importantly in my opinion: Movement analysis. Helping us identify weak links and problematic biomechanics, in order to help me craft the ideal program.
5 main movements: push, pull, squat, hinge, SL balance
After tailoring a programme to your needs, we will address weak links & maximise the 60 minutes we have together. This will likely include the following aspects: strength, balance, stability, mobility, flexibility & endurance. All movements have been personally battle tested.
